I would always recommend this holiday. We visit every year and are never disappointed. Apart from the very high standard of accommodation, there is plenty to do in the area. Southwold for the beach, Pleasurewood Hills theme park, Banham zoo & Africa Alive for the animals, Norwich for shopping and Somerleyton for the stately home. Mr W, FOLKESTONE, Kent 08 October 2010
This is a beautifully restored cottage, equipped to a very high standard, in a lovely rural setting. There is plenty to do in the area, with good beaches just 20 minutes drive away. Mrs S, Orpington, Kent 08 August 2010
Grove Farm Cottage was a wonderful get away, just far enough away from civilization. Although the cottage is attached to another residential dwelling (semi-detached) the neighbor was quiet. The owner left nothing unknown. She left brochures, instructions on how to operate electricals and even left milk for tea. No need to bring an clothes iron, hair dryer or DVDs/VHS movies as these are provided as well and a nice handful to choose from. Be aware the BBQ is not gas fired, so bring your own fluid and coals. We are already planning on returning to Grove Farm in the near future. Mrs J, Brownhills, W Midlands 06 July 2010
Very quiet and peaceful with lots of surrounding wildlife, great for children. Location of cottage is perfect for trips to other parts of Suffolk and Norfolk. Ms W, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire 27 June 2010
Very nice cottage, plenty to do and see in the area. Well recommended. Very good experience - this is our second Hoseasons cottage holiday. Dr O, RAMSGATE, Kent 27 November 2009
Beautiful location, well appointed cottage and the owner provides lots of thoughtful extras. Mrs W, Folkestone, Kent 24 August 2009
This must be one of the very best cottages we have ever stayed in. It was everything the info said and much more. The owners could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Our meal at St Peter's Hall was amazing and only 5 mins from cottage. Don't really want to recommend it - just it case it gets too busy!!! Mr C, NORWICH, 16 March 2009
Probably the best cottage we have ever stayed in - if you want peace and quiet, this is it!! Mr C, Norwich, Norfolk 13 March 2009
A beautifully appointed property that manages to be away from it all (surrounded by corn fields as far as the eye can see) yet only a short drive from the lovely towns of Bungay, Beccles, Halesworth & Southwold. Mr B, Brighton, East Sussex 22 August 2008
Very good service! Mrs F, Bromley, Kent 07 September 2007
